Marcellus Shale Lease Holder Estate Planning Workshop

ELLWOOD CITY, Pa. — State Rep. Jaret Gibbons will host a free workshop featuring an estate planning expert to help residents with Marcellus Shale leases get the most value from their leasing rights.

The workshop, Estate Planning for Marcellus Shale Lease Holders, will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Jan. 22 at the Shenango Township Volunteer Fire Department, 2424 E. Washington St., Shenango Township.

The featured speaker will be Patrick J. Felix. He has a law degree from Duquesne University Law School and a master’s degree in taxation from the Georgetown University Law Center. His law firm provides estate planning in Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Florida and California.

Felix will answer questions following a 45-minute presentation. The workshop is free and reservations are not required.
