Seminar Teaches how to Profit from Oil, Gas Industry

MANSFIELD, Ohio — The Ohio Oil and Gas Association, in collaboration with ShaleDirectories.com, will present an informational seminar Sept. 26 from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m.

Speakers

This event includes a variety of presentations by oil and gas business leaders, entrepreneurs, banking and insurance authorities and experts on workplace safety.

This seminar is designed for all companies interested in doing business with the oil and gas industry in Ohio. Small service providers such as caterers, cleaning companies, etc. are encouraged to attend. Attendees will learn about how the oil and gas industry works and see what business opportunities may be available.

Topics include: A Snapshot of the Oil Patch; Safety Guidelines; 5 Steps to Success in Shale; Solving the Industry’s Human Resource Challenges; Understanding Master Service Agreements; and Understanding the Purchasing Process.

Location

The seminar is offered in conjunction with the Richland Community Development Group and will be held at the Mid-Ohio Educational Service Center, 890 W. Fourth St., Mansfield, Ohio. Cost is $100, payable by check only to RCDG

Registration is required and can be completed only with submission of a check. Checks can be mailed to RCDG, 55 North Mulberry St. Mansfield, OH 44902. Attendance is limited to the first 100 paid registrants. No registrations will be taken at the door.
