Study: 2 million jobs to be added to natural gas industry

A new study conducted by the American Petroleum Institute predicts two million jobs will be added to the natural gas industry by 2040, according to ShaleOhio.
Currently, the natural gas industry and economic activity related to the industry employs about four million workers.
Ohio ranks fourth among natural gas-producing states for most natural gas pipelines in the United States behind Texas, Oklahoma and Pennsylvania.
