Tri-County Oil and Gas Expo is an Opportunity for Local Businesses

UNIONTOWN, Pa. — Local businesses have an opportunity to learn how they can benefit from the positive impact of Marcellus Shale by attending the Tri-County Oil & Gas expo Sept. 7-8 at Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus.

Seminar Day is Sept. 7 and will include a number of discussion panels with industry experts on topics beneficial to those interested in the Marcellus Shale industry.

Seizing the Opportunity: Tools to Educate Your Business, Thinking Outside the Box, Navigating PA Regulations and Perspectives on Health and Safety in the Natural Gas Industry are seminars that will feature OSHA representatives, local emergency management officials and more.

The cost to attend seminar day is $20. Lunch will be provided. The Business-to-Business Trade Show Sept. 8 will provide direct access to companies in the gas development industry. This two-day event is designed to help area businesses learn how they can be a part of this new Fayette County industry.
