WEXFORD, Pa. — “Pennsylvania — The New Middle East?” is the question that will be addressed during the Pennsylvania Independent Oil & Gas Association’s 2013 winter meeting, Feb. 12-13 at Seven Springs Mountain Resort in Champion.
Presentations during the day-and-a-half conference will include:

The event also features a sporting clays shoot Feb. 11; lunch, welcome reception and dinner Feb. 12; a Monte Carlo night; and a PAC event. Additionally, Seven Springs is offering special ski package discounts for event participants.
