Another Ohio company could be in trouble for illegally dumping fracking wastewater, according to the Columbus Dispatch.
A news release from the Ohio Department of Natural Resources accuses employees for Harch Environmental Resources of dumping fracking waste water in a private pond in Belmont County.
The company voluntarily ceased hauling the waste as it awaits a hearing with regulators.
ODNR inspectors concluded that Harch trucks backed up to the crest of a hill and released water near a St. Clairsville farm.
