Once Magnum Hunter sells its interests in the Eureka Hunter Midstream pipeline, its partner, Morgan Stanley Infrastructure, will benefit from the sale.
Columbus Business First reports that Morgan Stanley will earn about $50 million once the pipeline is sold. In the long run, Morgan Stanley may benefit again since Magnum Hunter committed to 36 percent of the pipeline’s input and output.
In September, Morgan Stanley took co-control of the Eureka Hunter pipeline. The firm currently owns 53 percent of the pipeline, while Magnum Hunter owns 45.53 percent.
