Ridgetop Energy acquires Keystone Wireline Inc.

Ridgetop Energy Services recently purchased Keystone Wireline Inc., an oilfield services company in Pennsylvania, from Howard Drilling Inc., according to ShaleOhio.

Keystone Wireline provides services in New York, northern Pennsylvania and Ohio, including decommissioning wells, storage of natural gas and liquid hydrocarbons and open-hole evaluation. The acquisition marks the second of its kind for Ridgetop Energy.

Ridgetop Energy was launched in 2016 by Ridgetop Capital Partners as an engineering consultant and acquirer of companies that provide oilfield services in the Marcellus and Utica shale regions.
