Peregrine Energy Partners will acquire both producing and non-producing oil and gas royalties in Greene County, Pennsylvania from an undisclosed seller, according to EIN Presswire.
The acquisition is located in an area near EQT’s core natural gas production. The properties feature Tier 1 acreage and the company hopes to put itself in line for future development, much like EQT.
Over the last three years, Peregrine has been active in the Marcellus Shale because of it large natural gas deposit.
