The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has issued COVID-19 guidance for oil and gas industry workers and employers, according to The National Law Review.
OSHA’s recommendations for the oil and gas industry are in line with practices suggested for workers in other industries.
Employers should initially conduct a risk assessment of their worksites and then consider implementing some of the following engineering and administrative controls recommended by OSHA:
