While environmentalists were encouraged by the president’s announcement on Earth Day, the natural gas industry is concerned about what this pledge means for its future.
Biden’s recent commitment to cut fossil fuel emissions up to 52% by 2030 from 2005 levels, is just one of many initiatives to impact the fossil fuel industry since he took office earlier this year.
