The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission plans to review two pipeline expansions in Pennsylvania, according to Seeking Alpha.
Transco’s Leidy South project and National Fuel Gas’ FM100 project will undergo environmental assessments. An environmental assessment rather than a full environmental impact statement can mean a shorter review to arrive at a decision.
The Leidy South project would expand the path of Transco’s Atlantic Sunrise project and the FM100 project would supply gas from the Marcellus and Utica shale gas plays to the Leidy South project.
