The early morning hours of Oct. 28 kept firefighters busy in Monroe County due to a pipeline fire near Cameron.

The Columbus Dispatch reports the pipeline, which runs through eastern Ohio to a natural gas processing plant in Natrium, W.Va., carries condensate. While the cause of the fire is still unknown, there weren’t any reported injuries.

From The Columbus Dispatch:

“It burned several acres of Monroe County woodland before the pipeline pressure dropped low enough for the fire to burn itself out.”
