Fort Worth, Texas-based Range Resources posted a loss of $119 million for the second quarter of 2015, according to Star-Telegram.
Revenue was down to $248 million for the quarter. Range Resources is operating just 10 drilling rigs and slashed its budget nearly in half after low commodity prices persisted.
At the same time, Range Resources’ production averages 1,373 million cubic feet of natural gas per day, most of which comes from the Marcellus Shale.
