CNX Resources Corp. recently closed a deal to sell a natural gas gathering system in West Virginia to its midstream master limited partnership, according to the Pittsburgh Business Times.
The deal gives CNX Midstream Partners LP a 95 percent interest in the Shirley-Pennsboro gathering system, which gathers about 180 million cubic feet of Marcellus Shale wet gas in Doddridge, Tyler, Ritchie and Pleasant counties.
The deal involves an amended gas gathering agreement and a minimum production commitment.
