CNX Resources Corp. recently closed a deal to sell a natural gas gathering system in West Virginia to its midstream master limited partnership, according to the Pittsburgh Business Times.

The deal gives CNX Midstream Partners LP a 95 percent interest in the Shirley-Pennsboro gathering system, which gathers about 180 million cubic feet of Marcellus Shale wet gas in Doddridge, Tyler, Ritchie and Pleasant counties.
