D&L’s Bankruptcy Attracts 44 Potential Buyers

According to the Business Journal Daily, D&L Energy, the company that was charged with illegally dumping shale gas brine water into a sewer drain, is tentatively going up for auction Nov. 13.

The company has received documents from 44 potential buyers.

The company filed for bankruptcy in April. According to court documents, the company owes more than $5.2 million to 20 creditors.
