Dorfman sells Ohio assets

Dorfman Production Co. plans sell its operated interest in producing assets, spanning Mahoning, Columbiana, Portage, Stark and Carroll Counties.

The offer includes development in both the Clinton and Utica Shale plays, including 339 Clinton producing wells with a historical net production of 207 barrels of oil per day, according to Oil and Gas Investor.

The Oil and Gas Asset Clearinghouse will handle the transaction.
