The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission recently granted Energy Transfer Partners LP approval for Rover Pipeline LLC to place additional facilities in Ohio’s Crawford and Wayne counties into service, according to Oil & Gas Journal.
The approved facilities include a segment of Phase 2, which included Mainline Compressor Station 3 in Crawford County, Ohio, and a section of the line between Mainline Compressor Station 2, in Wayne County, Ohio, and Mainline Compressor Station 3.
Construction of the entire Rover pipeline project is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2018.
