Energy Transfer Partners recently announced it’s pushing the completion date for the Rover natural gas pipeline project back to the second quarter of this year, according to Argus Media.

Throughout the construction process, the Rover has seen multiple delays and regulatory setbacks. The recent postponement will make the completion date three months later than earlier estimates.

Upon completion, the Rover will connect natural gas from the Marcellus and Utica shales to pipeline interconnections in West Virginia and markets in Ohio, Michigan and Ontario, Canada.
