Enrollment in the Utica Shale Academy is up is increasing at the school’s locations in Salineville and Columbiana, according to the Herald-Star.
At the Salineville campus, enrollment is up to 49 students. At the Columbiana campus, it’s up to 14 students.
The academy provides curricula required by the Ohio Department of Education. Academy graduates receive a high school diploma, certificates and college credit options offered through Eastern Gateway Community College.
