The Mountain Valley pipeline moves one step forward with the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality’s approval of a key water permit, according to Natural Gas World.

The pipeline is nearly completed and will stretch 300 miles across Virginia, transporting natural gas from shale fields in the Appalachian Basin.
