Akron Beacon Journal reports that the Multi-State Shale Research Collaborative has released two new reports that grade Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia state policies on oil and gas drilling.
Ohio and Pennsylvania both received ‘D’ grades according to the standards for 9 state fiscal, social and economic policies. West Virginia received an “A” grade. The grades and criteria can be found in
