HARRISBURG, PA — Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) Secretary John Quigley will host a webinar to present the top recommendations made by Governor Tom Wolf’s Pipeline Infrastructure Task Force on Thursday, February 18 at 11 a.m.

In the next decade, Pennsylvania will undergo a substantial pipeline infrastructure build-out to transport gas and related by-products from thousands of wells throughout the state. The Task Force’s recommendations will help Pennsylvania achieve responsible development of natural gas pipeline infrastructure in the commonwealth.

The recommendations are presented in the final report, in six major categories, proposed to drive wider public discussion on the critical, complex, interrelated environmental, and community issues that Pennsylvania faces in the development of the infrastructure needed to get gas to market.
