Natural gas impact fee revenue collecting in Pennsylvania reached historic lows last year, according to Farm and Dairy.
According to the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, more than $146 million will be distributed from the 2020 reporting year, which is down $54 million from 2019.
Impact fees have been collected on new unconventional wells drilled in the state since the program began in 2011. More than $2 billion has been collected since the beginning of the program.
