American Energy Appalachia Holdings LLC to become Ascent Resources

Columbus Business First reports that American Energy Appalachia Holdings LLC, which is part of American Energy Partners LP, will become Ascent Resources LLC.
When American Energy Partners LP was founded in September 2013, company officials considered making the new Ascent Resources independent. In December 2014, AEP’s Utica and Marcellus subsets merged, and that’s when Ascent Resources was formed.
