Columbus Business First reports that PTT Global Chemical Public Company LLC intends to finish the initial work on its $5.7 billion petrochemical plant in Belmont County by the middle of next year.
The company is putting out $100 million for engineering and design work on the plant, which will be located along the Ohio River.
