Progress being made at potential Belmont County ethane cracker

In Belmont County, Ohio, the location for the region’s second possible ethane cracker is being worked on.

Pittsburgh Business Times reports that PTT Global Chemical is expected to make an investment decision about the ethane cracker in early 2017. Just like with Royal Dutch Shell’s ethane cracker in Beaver County, Pennsylvania, work is being completed before the final decision is made.
