According to The Business Journal, Youngstown’s Nov. 3 ballot will include the proposed amendment that would ban fracking within the city.
The Ohio Supreme Court approved the ballot measure Sept. 17. The Mahoning County Board of Elections had attempted to keep the measure off of the ballot after FrackFree Mahoning Valley submitted petitions.
This is the fifth time that the measure will appear on Youngstown ballots.
