The Nexus Pipeline is causing a stir in Medina County.

According to Akron Beacon Journal, the 9th District Court in Akron heard oral arguments from landowners on April 26 and will decide on the case in the future. The landowners are fighting survey access.

Nexus Gas Transmission LLC has won cases in 11 counties along the pipeline’s path, the source reports. Nexus has yet to lose a case in Ohio for survey access.

The Nexus Pipeline will transport natural gas from eastern Ohio to northern Ohio, then onto Michigan and Ontario, Canada.
